Participant Waiver & Photo Release

I acknowledge that my participation in this Stranger Session is voluntary and at my own risk. I understand that no physical contact is required or assumed during the session, and that I may withdraw my consent to any activity, pose, or interaction — or end my participation entirely — at any time without needing to provide a reason. I release and hold harmless Stranger Sessions, its photographers, and other participants from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, or damages arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. I grant Stranger Sessions and the hosting photographer permission to capture, use, and publish photographs and videos taken during this session — including on the photographer's portfolio, social media, and the Stranger Sessions platform — unless I have separately requested in writing that my images not be used publicly. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, that the information in my Stranger profile is accurate, and that I have reviewed and understand Stranger Sessions' Safety Standards and Participant Agreement. By checking the box and typing my full legal name, I am signing this waiver electronically, and I understand it has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
